DJ Adverb’s talent for keeping a beat may stem from his early days as a drummer, but it was his deep-rooted love for classic funk and Motown records that led this Juno-nominated deejay behind the turntables over a decade ago. DJ Adverb has spun for crowds across Canada and Europe, touring with top Canadian rappers Classified and Lou Wop and has worked with DJ Dopey, Arabesque, Unknown Mizery, Dan-e-o, Theology 3, Tona and DJ’d for acts like M.O.P, Cormega and Large Professor.
